<description>I&#039;m sure that if we&#039;d develop with as time, patience, and freedom as
Einstein had when he worked, or as researchers are, there would be
less bugs in application, code would be clearer, creativity would be
possible, one could learn instead of being fired...

But, as you say, productivity, client needs, time is money,
business is business, all that sh*** always f*** up everything.

Making money doesnt make sense. Money only answers to clients needs,
but who ever thought of answering to people needs with computer sciences ?

&quot;Customers&quot; doesnt mean &quot;people&quot;, it means &quot;guys who will pay for the
product&quot;.

&quot;Ethic of programming&quot;, does that exist ? If I am asked to develop an
application that stores people ways of buying, personnal informations,
and so on in order to sell more, less cheaper, why should I develop that ?

Why should I develop something under the sword of Damocles just because we
dont have time nor money ? Why should I do something bad for end-users just
because it is the client&#039;s need ?

Why should I code bad ?

etc.

I think creativity, invention and honesty are only possible in university, where
research is (still ?) more important than money. If you want to create,
write new codes, new patterns, new design, new forms, poetry of
informatic code etc, leave private companies !</description>
